Markestro Guide

Learn how to set up your brand, connect supported channels, create campaigns, review AI-generated content, use the marketing calendar, and track available performance data.

What is Markestro?

Markestro turns a marketing goal into a campaign plan, written content, visuals, and a schedule for your review. It supports publishing approved content to supported, connected channels and preparing paid ad drafts.

Describe your goal, choose channels, and review the generated strategy and content before approval. Connection status, platform permissions, and content requirements determine what can be published.

Core capabilities

Getting started

Start a free 14-day trial with one campaign and no credit card required. A short setup process gives Markestro the context it needs to create useful, on-brand campaigns.

  1. Create your account and start the free trial.
  2. Complete your brand profile with your website URL, industry, target audience, brand colors, and tone of voice. Markestro can scan your website to extract your company description, offerings, and visual style.
  3. Open the Connect Channels modal and connect at least one publishing channel.
  4. Create your first campaign. Choose a goal, dates, and channels; Markestro handles the rest.

Setup time depends on your brand information and the authorization each channel requires. A more complete brand profile improves the accuracy and consistency of generated campaigns.

Connecting channels

Use Integrations to review supported channels and their setup requirements. Some use an official authorization flow; others require provider configuration. A connection alone does not guarantee permission to publish.

Organic channels

Email, SMS, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, X/Twitter, YouTube and Threads.

Paid ad drafts

Prepare content for Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, Pinterest Ads, and Reddit Ads. Launching and managing live paid ads is not available yet; launch those drafts separately through the advertising platform.

How to connect a channel

  1. Open Connect Channels from the Integrations page or during campaign creation.
  2. Select the channel you want to connect and click Connect.
  3. Complete the channel's required authorization or provider configuration.
  4. Return to Markestro and select the connected channel when you create a campaign.

You can connect, disconnect, and re-authenticate channels at any time without losing existing campaign data.

Creating and reviewing a campaign

A campaign is a coordinated marketing effort with one goal, a defined timeframe, and content published across one or more channels. Start from New Campaign on the Dashboard or Campaigns page.

  1. Set your goal. Describe your marketing objective in plain language, such as launching a summer collection or promoting a free webinar to grow your list.
  2. Enter your brand details. Add your website, colors, tone of voice, industry, and audience so Markestro can create relevant content.
  3. Configure dates and channels. Set campaign start and end dates, then choose any of your connected channels.
  4. Review the generated plan. Markestro creates a strategy overview with a messaging framework, audience targeting, channel-specific content, and a posting schedule.
  5. Publish with control. Review and approve content for supported, connected publishing channels. Paid ad drafts require a separate launch through the advertising platform.

Campaign allowances vary by plan and are shown below. The number of items in a campaign depends on its duration and supported generation limits; channel-specific content and publishing limits also apply.

AI-generated content

Markestro generates written copy and images for campaigns, plus video on the Grow plan and above. Each item is informed by your brand settings and adapted to the requirements of its channel.

Written copy

Get channel-native copy: tweet-length posts for X/Twitter, long-form captions for LinkedIn, concise subject lines for email, and SMS messages within character limits. Your brand tone and audience description shape every output.

Images and advertising creative

Markestro generates on-brand images for social posts and ads using your brand colors and visual style. Creative is sized for the platform, such as square imagery for Instagram and landscape formats for Facebook ads.

Review and edit before publishing

Every generated item is editable in the campaign detail view. Make changes, save them, or regenerate a specific piece when you want a different angle. Review generated content before publishing; you remain responsible for the final content that goes live.

Marketing calendar

The Marketing Calendar is a visual overview of everything scheduled across your campaigns. Use it as a command center for understanding what is going out, when, and on which channel.

Drag a scheduled post to a new date or time slot to reschedule it. Click any item to preview the content, see its channel, edit or delete it, or open the full campaign detail view.

Analytics

Markestro's Analytics dashboard brings together available performance data from supported, connected channels. Coverage depends on provider permissions and the data those channels supply.

Compare channels to see where your audience is most engaged. Use performance data to refine channel selection and content strategy, and replicate top-performing content in your next campaign.

Team collaboration

Team collaboration is available on the Team, Team Pro, and Enterprise plans. Invite people to the same Markestro workspace, share campaigns, and give each person the appropriate access level.

Invite members from the Team page, change roles, or remove access whenever your team changes.

Integrations

Markestro connects with your existing tools so you can add automated campaign execution without changing your workflow.

Configure integrations from the Integrations page. You can connect, disconnect, and re-authenticate them at any time.

Plans and pricing

Markestro offers a free 14-day trial and five paid plans. Campaign allowances and collaboration features depend on your plan. Publishing requires supported channels and completed provider setup. Annual billing uses the monthly equivalents shown below.

Upgrade from the Billing page. For Enterprise pricing, contact contact@trymarkestro.com. You can cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the billing period.
